Pengumuman para pemenang penghargaan ini digelar pada Minggu (06/12).

Acara ini digelar dengan 'untact (tanpa kontak tatap muka) dan disiarkan secara langsung di seluruh dunia.

BTS memenangkan Artist of the Year, Album of the Year ("Map of the Soul: 7"), Song of the Year ("Dynamite ”), Dan Worldwide Icon of the Year.
